Safety and Wellness Week 2020 goes online
Six months ago, the University of Calgary announced the limited closure of campus to flatten the spread of COVID-19. In the interest of keeping our UCalgary community safe, Safety and Wellness week is being held remotely.
As the university gradually reopens its doors to a new familiar, how we work and study is changing. There are varying degrees of how the pandemic has impacted all of us. Safety and Wellness Week is a vital opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to participate in the programs and initiatives driven by the Risk portfolio.
Safety and Wellness Week is a time to connect with others. Listen to guest speakers with tips and discussions on the importance of creating workplace wellness in a COVID-19 world, and gain insights on how to work/study remotely through a pandemic. Discover what changes have been made on campus and learn about re-entry and face-covering protocols.
We all play a role in taking care of our community, our friends and family, and ourselves. Get the information you need at the sixth annual Safety and Wellness Week, Sept. 14 to 18.
