Professor delivers keynote address
Professor Kathleen Mahoney delivered a keynote address on framing legal education at Harvard Law School.
Professor Kathleen Mahoney's talk, "Indigenous legal principles as essential components of an ethical legal education," was delivered as part of the Re-Framing the Frame symposium at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.
Kathleen's talk took a critical look at the consequences of framing legal education as it stands now: as law from the top down. It also considered law from the viewpoint of the indigenous and constitution as law of We the People.
