Professor co-authors paper in Osgoode Hall Law Journal

Jennifer Koshan and her colleagues Janet Mosher and Wanda Wiegers have a new paper on domestic violence, access to justice and COVID-19 forthcoming in the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, now available on SSRN.

Research support was provided by 3L student Madyson Schmidt through funding provided by the Faculty of Law. The paper is part of a larger SSHRC-funded project on domestic violence and access to justice.
