Professor Michael Nesbitt and alumna Dana Hagg, JD'18 have published an article in the Alberta Law Review.
"An Empirical Study of Terrorism Prosecutions in Canada: Elucidating the Elements of the Offences" explores how provisions in the Anti-Terrorism Act have been judicially interpreted since their inception through an empirical analysis of court decisions.
