Innovative, practical, knowledgeable, enthusiastic: all words used to describe Sandra Davidson as instructor for the first semester of the new Leadership for Health System Transformation stackable certificate course. 

Helping to expand the learning of her students – several of whom had not been in a classroom situation for many years – reassured, encouraged and inspired them to become change-makers. Approachable and accommodating, she scheduled online sessions based on the students’ schedules and not her own.

Her experience was relevant, making the course engaging no matter the area of work and experience of students. She was respectful of everyone, not only in class, but also in all forms of communication such as discussion board postings, emails and scheduled synchronous sessions.
