Spring into new ways of learning

Over the course of 2020 much has changed in our work and daily lives. We’ve appreciated navigating through these unprecedented times with you, as we all adjust to new ways of living and working.

A few months ago we wrote about the impact of shifting online. As we move into 2021, we will continue to offer our programs online for the next several months. While we cannot currently offer in-person delivery, we are committed to ensuring we provide engaging and impactful learning experiences in a dynamic virtual environment.

Since shifting to a virtual delivery format last March, we’ve had excellent feedback from our participants. By offering our programs online, we have been able to provide greater flexibility and a more customized approach to professional development. Our learners have repeatedly informed us that they have been pleasantly surprised by the remote learning experience. Many say they’ve found our faculty to be just as engaging in the online environment as they were in the classroom and they’ve appreciated the interactive benefits of our learning platform. Through the virtual environment we have seen increased diversity in our cohorts, have enabled greater interaction amongst the learners, and facilitated engaging experiential learning activities. We have enjoyed the opportunity to learn and teach in new ways. The past several months have reinforced our belief that today’s business leaders are agile, adaptable and resilient.
