Professor Michael Ilg has published an article in the online publication which promotes the study and discussion of legal issues from a comparative perspective.

Michael's article, "Keynesian Federalism," proposes a Keynesian inspired approach for the judicial interpretation of economic federalism. Keynesian federalism is premised upon two essential features of Keynesian economics: reactivity and counterbalancing.
