Professor published in book on the justice crisis
Professor Jennifer Koshan has co-authored a chapter for the book "The Justice Crisis: The Cost and Value of Accessing Law."
Professor Jennifer Koshan has published “The Costs of Justice in Domestic Violence Cases: Mapping Canadian Law and Policy.” Written with Janet Mosher and Wanda Wiegers, this article is a long version of a book chapter in Trevor Farrow & Les Jacobs, eds, The Justice Crisis: The Cost and Value of Accessing Law (Vancouver: UBC Press, forthcoming 2020) and is available at SSRN. This is the first published piece from the SSHRC funded project Domestic Violence and Access to Justice Across Multiple Legal Systems.
