Plurality - embodying equity, diversity, and inclusion in our people, principles and actions - is a core value of the O'Brien Institute.

O’Brien Institute directors are here to support anyone associated with the Institute, including members, trainees, post-docs and affiliates, who has experienced harassment or any other unacceptable forms of behaviour in the workplace. The directors can be reached directly here and can help identify the appropriate resources to address mistreatment or harassment.

University faculty, staff, and students can also report an incident here.

If you are struggling due to recent reported events of harassment and discrimination at the University of Calgary, see below for a listing of resources for mental health and workplace safety.
