Nominations now open for the UCalgary Teaching Awards
Nominations are now open for the 2026 University of Calgary Teaching Awards, recognizing individuals and teams who are advancing teaching and learning across UCalgary.
Teaching and learning excellence is found within the classroom and also extends far beyond this setting. It can emerge through collaborations between departments or faculties, meaningful scholarly mentorship for graduate students, student support and learning facilitation, advancing Indigenous Ways of Knowing by transforming academic courses, and creating equitable, diverse and accessible learning environments.
Across campus, educators who hold a variety of academic and non-academic roles bring together a range of perspectives and expertise, contributing to UCalgary’s leadership in student experience and success.
