Japanese Meet & Greet
Japanese Major and Minor Meet and Greet took place on October 1st. During the event, students learnt about the Japanese programs offered at the University and their requirements and got to know their peers
This year’s “Japanese Major and Minor Meet and Greet” took place on October 1st with the help of EALS major Cassie Grant and Japanese minor Kianna Andersen. Any students enrolled in or interested in enrolling in the Japanese program were welcome to join. During the event, students learnt about the Japanese programs offered at the University and their requirements and got to know their peers.
Through popular Japanese activities like origami, writing kanji and sudoku puzzles, students were able to connect with each other and be apart of the community on campus.
Knowing your program and meeting fellow students sets the foundation for a rewarding school year, and we were glad to host an event where students could do both!
