- Advanced Screening Form (ASF) due to RSO December 16, 12:00 PM
- ASF (~4 pages) undergoes competitive review for possible invitation to Full Proposal Stage ~ 3 months later
- Budget criteria
- Request limit $200K - $3M over 2-4 years
- Project start date: Fall 2023
- 50% matching required (NB: matching need not be secured even by the Full Proposal Stage, only by award finalization, so don't let that dissuade you from applying! O'Brien Institute and RSO can help strategize potential cash and in-kind matching)
