Fall 2023 undergraduate application extended to April 1, 2023

The University of Calgary has extended the deadline for Canadian and international applicants to apply for admission until April 1, 2023 (for all programs except those that have a supplemental application) as we anticipate more seats may be available.

This extension will not disadvantage anyone who has already applied, and applications will continue to be processed in the order in which they are completed.

Adjusted deadlines will be visible in your Student Centre (my.ucalgary.ca) after you apply for admission. Read on to see what deadlines have been adjusted.

For applicants who applied by March 1:

• The new deadline to submit the application fee for domestic applicants is March 10, 2023. The new deadline for international applicants is April 1, 2023.
• The deadline to submit required documents for admission will remain as March 15, 2023.
• For applicants who receive an offer of admission, the deadline to accept your offer and pay the admission deposit will be outlined in your Student Centre (my.ucalgary.ca).

If you apply between March 2 and April 1, 2023, the admission deadlines are as follows:

• The deadline to submit the application fee ($125 CAD for students with Canadian credentials and $145 CAD for students with international credentials) is April 1, 2023.
• The deadline to submit required documents for admission is April 15, 2023.
• For applicants who receive an offer of admission, the deadline to accept your offer of admission and pay the admission deposit will be outlined in your Student Centre (my.ucalgary.ca).
