Exciting Archaeological Field Job Opportunities at TMHC Inc.

Dear Anthropology and Archaeology, Geography, History and Classics, Geosciences and Art History at the University of Calgary,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of TMHC Inc., a heritage firm based in London, Ontario, to inform you about our paid archaeological field job opportunities for the 2024 season. We are currently accepting applications for various positions, including Archaeological Field Technician, Field/Mapping Technician, and Archaeological Field Director and have multiple positions open in each discipline. These positions are particularly suitable for students and recent graduates.

The wages for these positions range from $21.50 to $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Interested candidates can apply directly at our website: TMHC Easy Apply. More information about our company and our values can be found at TMHC.ca.

We have attached a letter-sized poster detailing these opportunities. We kindly request you to display this poster in a location visible to students, share it with professors, undergraduate and graduate students in your department, and forward it to any other interested parties, including recent graduates.

We welcome applications from individuals of all experience levels and disciplines. The application process will remain open until all vacancies are filled. The work will begin as soon as field conditions permit in the spring (typically in April or May, but possibly earlier or later) and usually continues until December, as conditions allow. We can also accommodate some students by offering employment over the summer months, from May through September.

Last year, TMHC Inc. celebrated its 20th anniversary of industry-leading innovation. We are committed to building relationships and preserving the stories of the past for future generations within the process of building for the future.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or require further information. We look forward to the possibility of your students joining our team.

Best regards,

Johnathan
