For the past twenty years Haskayne's Adventure Leadership programs have provided transformational experiences for future leaders. We are pleased to now be bringing these paradigm-shifting leadership experiences to a more senior audience. 

Emergence is a five-day, land-based leadership retreat designed for experienced leaders navigating complexity, change, and uncertainty. This immersive experience brings together ecological insight, Indigenous perspectives, and contemporary leadership thinking within a powerful natural setting.

Today’s leaders face unprecedented volatility - climate disruption, technological acceleration, social change, and economic uncertainty. Leading well in this environment requires more than technical skill; it demands awareness, adaptive capacity, and deep personal clarity.
