Congratulations to Snyder Institute member Dr. Kerri Johannson, MD, for several recent successes

Dr. Johannson is co-lead on a successful grant from the Alberta Boehringer Ingelheim Interstitial Lung Disease (ABILD) partnership. The grant will support Dr. Johannson’s work to improve the patient journey for those living with fibrotic interstitial lung disease.   

Dr. Johannson is also recent first author for the paper in ATS Journals Annals of the American Thoracic Society: Travel Distance to Subspecialty Clinic and Outcomes in Patients with Fibrotic Interstitial Lung Disease, using data from her CARE-PF registry, for which she is site PI (multicentre CDN patient registry). 

Additionally, she is recent senior author for her paper in Respiratory Medicine: Exposures and associations with clinical phenotypes in hypersensitivity pneumonitis: A scoping review.
