Bug: Blocks

• Fixed block rounding when switching from multi-layout to 1 column
• Fixed bug where swoop was disabled
• Fixed section information and bottom block gap
• Fixed issue with URLs converting to all lower case - Qualtrics, YouTube, and other case sensitive URLs won't break
• Fixed reusable blocks not inheriting teams from the original blocks and change all blocks team when changed

Bug: Permissions

• Fixed site admins being able to administer permissions
• Fixed site admins being able to assign the support role

Bug: IMCE (file uploader)

• Fixed configuration settings
• Site admins cannot access all folders

Bug: Teams

• Fixed content admins losing access to menu after menu item creation
• Fixed teams not being able to set team on a user profile
