Alumna named 2018 Rising Star
Alumna Kay She, JD'16 has been named one of Oilweek's 2018 Rising Stars.
Kay She has built her career on advocating for a common ground. From acting as VP External on UCalgary's Students' Union for three years, lobbying U.S. senators and congressmen on market-access issues for the oilsands while working for the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, an internship at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for scholars in Washington, DC, and working as a lawyer with Bennett Jones LLP in Calgary, putting together energy deals between parties that sometimes are far from seeing eye to eye.
