2026 D2L Innovation Awards for Teaching and Learning

Faculty of Arts recognized as part of UCalgary team advancing inclusive learning

Congratulations to Dr. Lisa Stowe's team, including others from the Faculty of Arts, who were recognized with a D2L Innovation Award for Teaching and Learning. The award celebrates and recognizes post-secondary collaborative teams for their innovative approaches that promote student-centred teaching and learning.

Bridging the Gap: Curricular Wrap-Around Supports for Inclusive Work-Integrated Learning was designed to create conditions for meaningful participation in work-integrated learning for students who have historically been excluded.
