In May and June, President Elizabeth Cannon presented the institution-wide results of the University of Calgary’s 2017 Employee Engagement Survey at town halls on main and Foothills campus.

Faculty and staff are invited to review the detailed results of the 2017 Employee Engagement Survey, which are now available online. Reports are posted from every faculty and business unit and there is also a video of this year’s engagement town hall on main campus.

“The university’s senior leadership team is committed to developing, implementing and monitoring action plans in response to these results, to engage and enable our faculty and staff,” says Cannon. “I want to thank all of those who responded to the survey — your feedback is invaluable.”
